A Fire and Explosion Risk Analysis (FERA) is a type of risk analysis applied only to fires and explosions. This analysis can be used by existing installation as a possible approach to the assessment required for the prevention of fires and explosions, and the adequacy of emergency response systems during combined operations.
Our methodology consists of:
Identification of events which could cause major fires or explosions.
Analysis of frequencies based on generic fire and hydrocarbon leak data.
Modelling of event consequences, in terms of fire size, explosion damage and subsequent escalation.
Selection of suitable means of preventing, detecting, controlling, and mitigating such events.
We offer a wealth of experience and aim to assist our clients in providing the necessary demonstration in the most cost effective manner.
